Johnny Manziel looked like a shadow of his former self at a pool party in Las Vegas this week.
Since being dropped by the Cleveland Browns, the disgraced quarterback has lost an astonishing amount of weight.
Covered in tattoos, Manziel paraded around in a pair of swimming trunks while he strode around the pool at MGM Grand.
He was snapped looking nonchalant, talking on the phone, with new lengthy sentences tattooed across his chest and arms in images first published by TMZ.
It comes just days after he appeared in court on charges of domestic assault - before returning to partying in Los Angeles.

Since falling from favor, Manziel has added tattoos to his arms, hands, chest and sides.
Many of the new pieces are the work of Rafael Valdez, tattoo artist to the stars who charges $175 a pop.
Valdez is behind the scrawlings across - among others - Tyga, Kylie Jenner, Iggy Azalea, Marc Anthony, and Jennifer Lopez.
The Los Angeles-based designer hails from Guadalajara in Mexico's state of Jalisco.
His parents moved to the US when he was nine, and he now jets between Florida, LA and New York.
According to his website he has even done international tours showcasing his illustration-style inking.
Manziel is facing misdemeanor assault charges for allegedly hitting his ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley.
According to video shared by TMZ, Manziel started his night off at Nice Guy, then went to Hyde and ended the night at Bootsy Bellows.
He reportedly hit up all three hot spots all within a two hour time frame.
The former Heisman trophy winner didn't respond to any of the questions about his case when asked outside of each venue wearing casual clothes.
In the TMZ video, Manziel appeared up beat and not to have any concerns about the potential of spending up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine if he's convicted of the Class A misdemeanor.
A judge ordered him on Thursday not to be in possession of firearms or have any contact with Crowley.
There were no restrictions placed on the consumption of alcohol or travel for Manziel.
His next hearing was scheduled for June 24. Yahoo Sports reported that multiple observers saw Manziel flip off the cameras in the courtroom during first court hearing.
Manziel appeared in court alongside his sister, Meri, who on Wednesday night posted a video of herself with her brother and their parents Michelle and Paul as they enjoyed a Drake song and made kissing faces at the camera.
'I'm obsessed with these people,' wrote Meri, hours after her brother was booked and released on bail.
The quarterback was indicted by a grand jury last month after his ex-girlfriend alleged he hit her and threatened to kill her during a night out in January.
His lawyers have said he will plead not guilty.
Manziel made light of his domestic assault arrest just hours after he was pictured smiling in his mugshot.
'Just thankful I had a shirt this time...,' wrote Manziel in a now deleted tweet.
The comment was a reference to his arrest back in 2012 when the then college student got into a fight outside a bar and produced a fake ID to police before posing shirtless in his mugshot.
Manziel, 23, presented himself for booking and a mugshot on Wednesday afternoon, and posted bond of $1,500, police said.
The grand jury heard evidence about a January incident in which the onetime football star is suspected of hitting, kidnapping and threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, 23.
She accused Manziel of hitting her so hard that she temporarily lost her hearing, court papers show.
Crowley told authorities that Manziel 'restrained' her while they were in a Dallas hotel room on January 30 and led her to his car.
She said he then drove her to her own car, at which point she attempted to hide from him.

Colleen Crowley (pictured with Manziel in happier times) told authorities that he 'restrained' her while they were in a Dallas hotel room on January 30. It came just weeks after he first dodged practice to go partying in Vegas
'He grabbed me by my hair and threw me back into the car and got back in himself,' Crowley told police.
'He hit me with his open hand on my left ear for jumping out of the car. I realized immediately that I could not hear out of that ear, and I still cannot today, two days later.'
He then drove her back to her apartment, where after more arguing Crowley claims she eventually pulled out a knife and scared him off, calling police soon after.
Manziel denies all of the allegations, while Crowley received a two-year order of protection against her ex-boyfriend.
In a statement in April made before the indictment, Manziel said: 'I'm hoping to take care of the issues in front of me right now so I can focus on what I have to do if I want to play in 2016.'
The NFL in recent years has sought to toughen its policy toward players involved in domestic violence.
League spokesman Brian McCarthy has said if Manziel were to sign with a team he would be 'subject to all aspects of the NFL's personal conduct policy'.
Meanwhile, just a week after the alleged incident, Manziel appeared carefree as he jetted off to Cabo San Lucas on a private jet and stayed at a plush $2,500 a night villa.
The NFL star was joined by four friends for the six-day break in February, sources told DailyMail.com.
Sources close to the ex-Cleveland Browns quarterback say the all-male group threw wild parties at the luxury villa inviting as many as 15 girls at a time to join them.
Witnesses say the five-bedroom property was filled with bikini-clad girls hanging by the pool throughout the week as the group enjoyed themselves.
He then returned to learn shortly afterwards that he no longer had a job.
The disgraced quarterback, who had problems both on and off the field, was cut by the Cleveland Browns in early March after being drafted with the No. 22 overall pick in the 2014 draft.

There had been some promise that last season would be better for the quarterback after he completed a lengthy stay in rehab in early 2015.
But he was spotted partying on multiple occasions.
And he was then involved in an incident with his girlfriend Colleen Crowley in October where she alleged he had slammed her head into a window.
The couple broke up in December 2015 after two years of dating.
In January, Crowley called the cops on him again.

He then drove her back to her apartment, where after more arguing Crowley claims she eventually pulled out a knife and scared him off, calling police soon after.
The move came as no surprise – he was spotted partying with friends in Los Angeles earlier that week.
Manziel, who became known as 'Johnny Football' and won the Heisman Trophy in 2012, was chosen by the Browns in the first round of the National Football League draft after leaving Texas A&M University.
He was only two years into his four-year contract with the Browns, which was worth a reported $8.245million. Despite being cut, Manziel is still guaranteed $7.7million of that contract.
The 23-year-old also scored some of the most coveted and lucrative endorsement deals in the sports world including Nike, McDonald's, MusclePharm, and Snickers.
At the time, Manziel released a statement saying: 'I'd like to thank the Browns for the opportunity they gave me - nearly two years ago, we all hoped that we were building what could be a championship team for Cleveland.
'I will always remember the support I received from the organization, my teammates and especially the fans.'
The 2012 Heisman Trophy winner struggled ever since he was selected by the Browns in the first round of the 2014 draft, playing in just 14 games over the course of his professional career and becoming better known for his partying than his actual game play.

Meanwhile, Manziel watched this year's NFL draft in a bar in Columbus, Ohio – and then launched a Twitter tirade against the person who shared a photo of him there.
The photo of Manziel, wearing a sweatshirt with his sleeved rolled up and a bandana, quickly went viral after it was posted by Cleveland TV and radio personality Will Burge.
Burge captioned it: '2 yrs (sic) ago he was a 1st rd (sic) pick...now hes (sic) unemployed watching it at a bar in Columbus b4 (sic) the Bieber concert #Manziel'
Manziel, who was in town to attend a Justin Bieber concert, initially wrote a simple 'LOL' in reply – before launching into a rant and calling Burge a 'p***y'.
'@WillBurge should have just said it to my face instead of sitting across from us tweeting away. P****.'
To his fans on Twitter, he added: 'Made plenty of mistakes along the way, and have a lot I'd do differently. To all my family and real friends who have stuck by me...THANK YOU.'
Later that night, the unemployed Manziel hit up Dahlia Bar and Lounge, where he bought 300 shots of Fireball whisky for his friends, according to TMZ.
